Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We don't ship internationally yet.

Processing time

• Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
• Custom boxes (Build Your Box, advent calendars, countdown boxes and other personalized orders) are made just for you, so they take longer. Need it by a certain date? Mention it in the note to seller in your cart and we'll let you know if we can make it.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Shipping cost

• $5 flat rate per order
• Free shipping on orders of $35 or more (before shipping)

Orders ship with USPS and usually arrive 2–5 business days after they ship. We’ll share tracking once your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

Everything is packed carefully, but things happen. If your order arrives damaged, email a photo to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we'll help sort it out.
