We want you to love what you ordered. Because everything is handmade in small batches, here's how returns work.

Returns

You can return unused items in their original condition within 7 days of delivery. Email us at [email protected] before sending anything back and we'll tell you where to send it. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once the item arrives back with us.

Advent calendars and countdown boxes

Advent calendars and countdown boxes are put together just for you, so they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives broken, or isn't what you ordered, email a photo to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send the broken item back.

Items that can't be returned

• Advent calendars and countdown boxes (unless damaged)
• Opened or used items, such as burned candles or opened lotions, perfumes and bath products
